Vintage Vellum Trunk
An excellent quality Vintage Vellum Trunk circa 1920.
This was made by Parisian maker Hall Du Voyages of Rue Du Pyramids around the turn of the last century.
With it’s huge brass locks and wooden runners it really has been built to last. Both locks are stamped with the makers label as well two brass plaques either end.
It has been monogrammed with the owners initials on the sides and given an identification stripe on top. Inside it has shoe compartment and lift out tray.
This is the easily best Vellum Trunk I have come across and would be great in a bedroom or used a coffee table.
It is in good vintage condition with wear commensurate with age. It measures 90 cm wide by 55 cm deep by 35 cm high.
