Brassiere Mannequin
An incredibly stylish Brassiere Mannequin of abstract form. Made in France and probably dating from the 1940’s or 50’s this would have been used for displaying bras in a lingerie shop or department store. I love the shape of this and have tried to find out the designer was, alas no luck.
The frame is constructed from bent metal and supported by a wooden base.Condition wise the paint finish is very distressed, whilst easy to restore I believe it is best left in it’s original condition.
It measures 52 cm high by cm wide.
