French Walnut Commode
An French Walnut Commode circa 1870. This dates to the reign of Napoleon III and has excellent figuring and colour to its walnut veneers. It is a good example and unusually small at 100 cm wide, most commodes of this type are over 120 cm.
It comprises of 3 lockable drawers and a top drawer without lock.It is in presentable condition but has had a number of minor historic restorations.The marble top has a small 5 chip to one corner , otherwise good.
It measures 100 cm wide by cm deep by cm high.
