A 1960’s “Erwi 2” lamp designed by Louis Kalff (1896-1976) and made by Philips of Holland.
Louis Kalff was Philips in house designer from the 1930’s – 1970’s and is now considered one of the most important Mid Century designers.
This is a really attractive model with the contrasting white base and red lacquered shade.
This Louis Kalff Philips Lamp measures 32 cm high with a 21 cm diameter shade and is in good original condition. We have rewired it with 3 core vintage style gold braid suitable for UK use.
