Vintage Illuminated Globes
Two good Vintage Illuminated Globes from France circa 1950.Both made by Cartes Taride 154 Boulevard St. Germain Paris VIe . These are good quality vintage globes with paper covered glass shades and aluminium bases. The smaller of the two has a fixed base while the larger rotates as usual.
We have rewired the globes with vintage style 3 core gold braid suitable for UK use.The larger globe is in very good vintage condition, the smaller one however has some wear to the paper finish.
They measure.
Larger : 20 cm diameter x 32 cm overall height.
Smaller : 16 cm diameter x 18 cm overall height.
